When my son’s truck would not start and he was over 300 miles from home it was very concerning. It was recommended that we take it to Kennedy tire and auto service. Anytime you take a vehicle to an unknown place It’s nerve-racking. Bert communicated with me the entire time while they diagnosed this truck, got the parts in and back on the road. Kennedy tire went way above and beyond to get the parts as quickly as they could and get the car fixed for my son. The price was more than reasonable. We will use them again for any of our car repairs and maintenance. Thank you Kennedy tire for having such great customer service!

This was the first time that I’ve used Kennedy’s and it was an awesome experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, caring, and above all knowledgeable. I dropped by Kennedy Tire recently to ask for help with a significant issue I was hearing in rear wheel area. They signed me in @ 7:30am. They found the problem within 30mins and it was indeed a significant issue that only a FORD dealership could rectify. Kennedy explained the situation and the potential concerns they had with my Truck. They spent @ 45mins and charged me nothing. I was truly impressed with their team and how much they cared about my particular issue. I 100% recommend Kennedy! I will be back.

This mechanic is a great shop. The employees are very nice and honest that they only tell you what needs to be fixed and they don’t give you a pressure at all. So it’s 100% worth of taking my car to this shop for oil change with full maintenance check. I highly recommend this mechanic!

This place has got to be the most professional and attentive place I have been. They got me right in offered to make me coffee had little snacks for while you wait and we're just very sweet about everything .
